The office of Elder is responsible for the spiritual welfare of the local body by teaching, vision-casting, directing, guiding, etc. The primary shepherding happens within this office.

The Office of Deacon is given delegated authority from Elders to be responsible for the social welfare of the body, and Team Leaders function by overseeing and coordinating within structured ministry efforts. Both facilitate the vision and mission of the church through leading in structured ministry efforts, meeting practical needs, and supporting ministry that affects the life of the body of Christ.

We believe that every member is a minister, and therefore, we are member-mobilized, meaning every person is given the opportunity to be equipped and sent to do the ministry of Jesus wherever they find themselves.
